	Grazers, Calvers & Threshers These lovely cottages are set in a conservation area at the center of the picturesque cul-de-sac village of Ashford Carbonell. Built in 1997 to a traditional design, each cottage has its own individual front driveway and secure rear garden with patio and barbecue. There are many interesting footpaths leading from Ashford Farm, e.g. the Tinkers Hill walk or the two hour circular loop through Middleton. For the less enthusiastic walker, Teme’s Green (River Teme ‘beach’) is only 500yds away!

		Well Meadow Converted from an old granary in 2005, the cottage is situated approximately 250yds behind the owner’s farmhouse and is surrounded by 65 acres of pasture land. Like Little Huntington it enjoys total tranquility and has a splendid view of Clee Hill to the rear. A large patio follows two sides of the cottage. There is a stream adjacent to the one side of the large shrubbed and lawned garden. The garden is fully fenced and secure ( children and dogs cannot access the stream ).
