En-suite double bedroom (shower, toilet and wash-basin), twin bedroom, single bedroom (under this single bed is a hideaway bed with a standard 3ft mattress, so this room can be converted into a small twin room), bathroom (bath with shower over, toilet and wash-basin).

Ground Floor:-

Entrance Hall:- kitchen/diner, cloak room (WC and basin), lounge, conservatory with French doors to patio.
